I hear you on that one. They always seem so boring to me – don’t get me wrong, I love my greens, but I need them spicy and sauteed, not sitting in a salad! Maybe they’ll grow on me.
I’d say give it ten more years. I think the trick for me is having the dressing (mostly balsamic vinagrette) mixed in. And I guess eating bitter greens with gusto might just come with old age.
